30 Days Challenges

   I saw Matt Cutts' 30-days challenges. I felt that if I make a plan and try to follow it for 30 days, it would be better to fix or improve. I listed my habits that I wanted to add and subtract. I would like to introduce two things. First, I want to change my sitting ways. Second, I want to eat dinner fully, not only eat I want.

   First, I would like to fix my sitting position. How is your sitting position like? Is it bended? Or is it straight? My sitting position is bended. I heard that if I keep sitting like this, I might get scoliosis. I was very surprised and worried when I first heard this news, so I decided to fix my way. First step is to sit up straight everytime I remember. Trying to sit straight right away is difficult. Second, I shouldn't lean my head on hands. If we do that, not only our sitting ways are affected, but also affect our face line. And finally, maybe I can sit up straight everyday without thinking. This is my first plan. Sit Up Straight!!

   Second, I would like to eat dinner fully. I always waste my food. I feel I'm making too many polutions. So the first step to fix this habit is eat things that I want to. First step should be easy. I can easily eat things that I want to. The second step is eat vegetables. You know that I hate vegetables? But I should fix this habit. So I will try to eat vegetables slowly. It will feel yucky at the first, but it will be okay at the last.

    Fair writing, but you should be aware of little mistakes.
    Your 30 day challenges are minor things in life, but they are actually very important. They both have to do with health and health is the most important thing. I hope you keep your 30 day challenge!
